Job descriptionNEWLY OPENEDRESTAURANT SEEKING SERVER ASSISTANT FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE:Heroes offers employees the opportunity to work with quality cuisine & wine/spirits in arespectful, safe, professional work environment, with a management team uniquely invested in thegrowth and success of all team members.Server Assistant Responsibilities include: Assist the server with each guest’s dining experience from start to finish. Multitask betweenbussing, running, and ensuring all service stations are stocked and maintained Describe and educate guests confidently on all elements of the menu (food and beverage) andrestaurant Maintain a clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standardsServer Assistant Requirements include: Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and open-mindedand team-oriented mindset Strong background in full-service dining and knowledge of service standards Highly organized, efficient, and meticulous with attention to detail on all operational matters Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needsCompensation:Minimum wage per hour, plus tipsFull-timeRequired Experience:Wine Service: 1 year (Preferred)Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)
